Terms and Conditions

• To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If not received within a week, your booking may be canceled. The remaining balance, including any additional charges such as meals or drinks, must be paid before departure. For a deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least four weeks in advance. Note that the Full House deposit is non-refundable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. • You may cancel your booking for any reason with at least 14 days' notice prior to arrival. If canceled 14 days or more in advance, the deposit will be refunded minus a 10% fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Children over 10 are welcome at Maison M. For younger children, please contact us before booking. • At The Cottage and The Studio, children and babies are welcome, and we can provide cots and high chairs. • Additional guests in The Green Suite or The White Suite incur a charge of 50 euros per person per night, including breakfast, which is added at booking. • Anyone over 18 is considered an adult at Maison M. Guests under 25 traveling alone cannot check in. • Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM. Please inform us if you require a different time. • Check-out is from 7 AM to 10 AM. Notify us 24 hours in advance if you need a different time. • Smoking is prohibited indoors. • Pets are welcome with prior arrangement, with a 10 euro per night fee for dogs.
