Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit for the cost of your accommodation is required on booking. The property reserves the right to cancel booking 7 days after the date of booking if the deposit is not received. The balance, including the cost of any meals, drinks or other supplements must be paid prior to departure. Refund of deposits is in accordance with the cancellation conditions below.

• The property accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer for deposits and balance payments.
‍
• Guests may cancel their reservation for whatever reason by giving 14 days written notice prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a 10% handling fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be retained by the property.

• Children over 10 years of age are accepted at Maison M. If you have children under 10 years of age, please contact us prior to making your booking.
‍
• Children and babies are accepted at The cottage and the studio and we can provide baby cots and high chairs if required.
‍
• A supplement of 50 euros per person per night is payable for additional occupancy (maximum 2 persons) in both The green Suite and the White Suite at Maison M. This cost includes breakfast. This supplement is automatically added to the cost of your stay at booking stage.

• Children over the age of 18 years are considered adults at Maison M. The minimum age for check in unaccompanied by an adult is 25 years.
‍
• Check in is between the hours of 16h. and 19h. For check in outside of these times, please contact us prior to your arrival.
‍
• Check out is between the hours of 07h and 10h. For check out outside of these times, please speak to us giving 24 hours notice.
‍
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside .

• Pets are permitted at by prior arrangement and are the sole responsibility of the owners. A supplement of 10 euros per night is payable for dogs.
